The Founder of National Capital Resources negotiated IBM’s first development partnerships starting in 1981 “IBM/Maguire Partner”, consolidating over 1 million square feet of IBM’s Southern California office space into one downtown Los Angeles location.
Mr. Jones’s structure is recorded in the Journal of Corporate Law and NCR is currently financing the largest Solar and renewable energy networks in the northeast, financing complete power generation replacements for Hospitals, Private Institutions and Governmental users.
